Anne Chesher studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture at the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading, affiliated to Kingston University. Anne is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council and is registered with the local authority. She abides by the British Acupuncture Council’s Code of Safe Practice and Code of Professional Conduct, complies with current health and safety legislation and is covered by full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. She updates her skills through supervision and Continuing Professional Development.
Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment for a wide range of conditions. Anne practises a holistic form of treatment, in which the practitioner works with the patient to develop an individual plan, to treat not only the symptoms but also the underlying cause of the condition.
